Jak se závada projevuje

Nefunguje / funguje nesprávně. On this vehicle it is possible to immediately activate the starter after the engine stalls without the need to switch the ignition to the OFF state. In such case the engine will not start. Once the ignition is switched between the OFF and ON state the engine will start everytime. Sometimes the engine stalls immediately after drive off, sometimes it will only jerk during acceleration without any relation to load, speed or engaged gear.

Jak často se závada projevuje

  • Sporadicky / za specifických podmínek.
    • Za studena.
    • Za tepla.

V jakém systému se závada vyskytuje

  • Motoru.
  • během jízdy
  • [P0606] Engine ECU - microprocesor malfunction
  • trvalá závada
  • sporadická závada

Doposud provedeno bez úspěchu

Verification of rail pressure, power supply and grounds of engine ECU, injector signals, signals of the CKP and CMP sensors all OK. There seems to be a problem with the power supply to the fuel injectors, that is showing intermittent dropouts (see attached files). Testing to determine if the power dropout is occuring always on the same fuel injector - No. Test to identify a possible intermittent short circuit in the fuel injector or a breakdown to ground - all OK. Swapped engine ECU with different software - no change. Can feel that engine idle is slightly erratic. A possible fuel injector correction that probably has nothing to do with our fault. It is impossible to connect with the engine ECU with our Bosch KTS scan tool directly using the vehicle selection method. The only way to connect is via Renault Megane II, F9Q814, EDC16C3 or global OBD.
