Doposud provedeno bez úspěchu
Suzuki Vitara with Renault engine goes into limp home condition. Retrieve DTCs: Gutman P0297,P0243,P2002; Wutrh DF 055, DF 953. If I only had the Gutman diagnostic tool I would have problems finding the fault.
Procedure: Verification if turbocharger boost control mechanism is not binding or seizing. Verification of vacuum values for the turbocharger vacuum actuator with no problem found. Intake system hoses pressurised and found a leaking intercooler. Intercooler replaced. After that a test drive and the fault is still present. Since the EGR valve is easily accesible I blocked it off for test purposes only. No change and fault still present. I now tried to record engine values during a test drive. The Gutman diagnostic tool was loosing communication all the time so I could not record anything. Wurth diagnostic tool - used the Black Box mode and I could record a data log. Finally the fault was discovered.
