The vehicle has arrived from another workshop where the vehicle displayed a fault of frequent regenerations. The workshop replaced the FAP filter with a manufacturers ECO version (cheaper). The regeneration occurs very frequently and the FAP filter saturates very quickly (within about 50km the filter is saturated). The EGR valve was disconnected. No change. The engine oil was replaced as the level was higher by about 0.7 liters. The vehicle was tested and it was discovered that the main saturation of the fap filter occurred during acceleration. Warmed up engine increased the FAP filter saturation by 16% (according to the block of measured values) within 45 km of driving. During easy driving, the FAP filter saturation is about 0.1% in 5 km. During full acceleration, the saturation is about 0.8% in 5 km. I don't know how to continue.

Today the owner has collected the vehicle and will install an older FAP filter. After that, he will bring it back for testing.

The older FAP filter apparently behaves exactly the same way.

Different fuel injectors were installed from another vehicle that has no problems. No change. The FAP filter saturates within 50 km.
The problem could be in the ECU software. I don't have the ability to check this.
