Jak se závada projevuje

Nefunguje / funguje nesprávně. The fault is present only after the engine warms up. That is after driving about 15 km, followed by the engine being switched off. Then after waiting for about 5-10 minutes and restarting the engine is erratic, as if it is running on 3 cylinders and vibrates. After about 15 seconds or slightly longer the engine smooths out and runs no problem.

Doposud provedeno bez úspěchu

By coincidense I had 2 same cars with same engines in my workshop and thus was able to borrow some parts. Tested so far: ignition coils, spark plugs, temperature sensor, knock sensor, throttle valve, engine ECU, CKP sensor, complete engine wiring loom, MAP sensor including intake temperature sensor, petrol tank evap valve. The fuel pump was also tested on the car including verification of the fuel delivery pressure of the pump that was stable during the fault symptom (3.5bar). After testing/swapping all these components the fault is still present. This forced me to take out the oscilloscope and measure. I started testing the fuel injectors. Here I didn't like that the fuel injectors were activated twice and on one occasion fuel injector of cylinder no. 1 activation moved to a point when cylinder no. 3 fuel injector should have activated. See attached oscilloscope recording. Can I please ask for help if this symptom can be declared as a fault or could it be a response of the engine ECU to the erratic idle and the engine ECU is trying to stabilize the engine operation?
The fuel injectors were removed and tested. Their resistance is 14.7 Ohms, they were cleaned and flow tested. After cleaning the difference between the injectors is within 3%. The injectors were reinstalled and set up correctly but the fault is still present. Can somebody please help me what I should do? I also measured cylinder pressures but only on a cold engine. All the cylinder pressures were the same - 16 bar.
